Delivery and Returns

Goods will normally be delivered within 10 working days of us accepting your order, in most instances, dependent on delivery method, this period will be shorter. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order. Depending upon the carrier(s) available for your destination, they may also provide tracking facilities to enable you to monitor your order's progress.
All UK, EU and Rest of the World orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
All United States orders are dispatched from our USA warehouse.
Postage and Packing
Unless otherwise stated, postage and packing shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods and will vary according to the delivery address / country, total weight and size of the goods ordered and the method of postage. Shipping options will be determined at the point you enter your Delivery Details during the checkout process. They will be governed by various factors including: Stock Availability and Location; Destination; Product Weight/Volume; and Carrier Availability for different worldwide destinations. The table below provides an indication of likely shipping charges.

In order to return goods, you must email us at email@example.com and you must arrange for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
All goods which you intend to return must be unused and kept in good condition whilst in your possession and be complete with original packaging. Goods returned outside our initial 28-day money back period will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase cost.

All goods are delivered with an unconditional 28-day money back guarantee in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In order to return goods under our money back guarantee, you must email us at email@example.com or write to us within 14 working days of delivery of the goods, and you must arrange for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund the sums paid for the goods delivered to you as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of you giving notice to us of your intention to return the goods. If so requested, we may collect the goods being returned, but the cost of collection will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund given.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact Cycloc within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods.
We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
